Goldsmith Day Nursery is registered with Hampshire County Council for 34 places, for children aged 3 months to 5 years of age and we are independently audited by OFSTED.
We are part of the government Early Years Partnership and offer Nursery Education Grants (NEG) for childcare fees for children aged 3-5 years, for 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. We also accept children under the 2 year old pilot scheme, which is for 10 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year.
Open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We provide childcare with a choice of flexible sessions to suit parent’s individual needs (minimum of 3 hours).
All our staff hold relevant childcare qualifications, which means you can be sure of the experience and care that they can provide for your child.
Our priority at Goldsmith Day Nursery is to provide childcare of the highest possible standard. The staff carefully plan activities using the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS) that create learning opportunities with a strong emphasis on “learning through play”, building on each child's individual interests and development needs to help reach their full potential.
